Yesterday images of a LEGO Star Wars instructions booklet for set# 75104 surfaced on the internet at various Star Wars fan sites and spread to the AFOL fan sites.

We have been approached by our legal department requesting that the sharing of this image is contained and ceased immediately.

The image is apparently taken within the production facilities making the instructions.

The leak is business critical to us and our cooperation with the license owner.

We are aware that the image does not feature a confidential or preliminary watermark which is why it appears as ok to share as per our confidentiality policy.

We ask that you help us in containing this by not sharing or hosting the image.

LEGO Star Wars Force Awakens Minifigure leak

As a precautionary move, I would suggest not hosting or posting the blurry picture of a LEGO Star Wars minifigure that was shared through Instagram via Jaredsgaragesale.

We have not been approached at this point, but I am certain that if it gets featured on AFOL sites and frontpages, it will happen.

So while you are free to discuss news and stories, please consider this picture as a leak and confidential.

Given the sensibility of the LEGO related products connected to the upcoming Star Wars movie it has been decided to treat all images and information as highly confidential and therefore business critical.

This means that we would like you to help us contain leaking of these informations until the embargo date of Septemer 4th. Until then we need you to refrain from hosting images and information such as set number, set names and set pricing.

I know the frustrations and concerns this will probably raise in the AFOL community and we would not ask if it wasn't of highest importance.
