Hello everyone,

yes, it is my tram, and it will remain in the store for a while (until I collect enough money to fully motorize it. :P)

As others mentioned, it looks much more better in real life compared to Digital Designer renders. I use LDD to design the basic shape, some SNOT patterns (thanks to the unlimited number of parts I can use there), but the real things almost always differs from my LDD-plans, so it looks always different. This slight changes may occur due to practical reasons - like something fits in LDD but can't hold the weight of the tram/train, or the construction in LDD derails often in life.

Other reason for differences is the rendering method - digital designer images have always sharp edges (especially observable on cheese slope edges), which makes curved shapes built from different angle slopes ugly on rendering. But these slopes simply look better in real life, and makes the vechile looking better, too.

The tram looks great, except the way its displayed, the light is slightly non complementary, the front as you look at it from outside the shop window is in the shadow and hard to see the details on blue bricks. I was tempted to take a flashlight at it. At least it will be harder for anyone to copy your design.

I haven't noticed the tram in the shop window. :LEGO37:
It look soooo good. I LOVE our trams and I'm sooo happy that you made Lego tram.

Unfortunately that was the only free space there, however yes, the lights are not perfect there. Be careful with taking photos, after I installed the tram there and my girlfriend started taking photos of me and the tram a security guard warned us that it is not allowed to take pictures in the shopping centre. -.-

About my designs - I don't want to keep it for myself. If someone decides that he/she needs this tram with this design, I will gladly send the digital designer file until he/she doesn't show as her/his design. Here in Hungary I know at least 3-4 people, who decided to use my solutions on their LEGO-trains, but it makes me proud instead of being mad at those people.

Yes, it's mine. :)

I don't know how large the croatian LEGO-community is - maybe simply there wasn't anyone interested in trains or trams so much to create this tram. Thanks to my other hobby (LARP-ing, live action role-playing) I know lots of croatian friends, and accidentally I have my girlfriend there. So ater the third or fourth time visiting her in Zagreb and being so much dedicated to trains I decided to create this beautiful blue vechile.
